Skagen

For changing and confusing this time the post will be in German. So just enjoy the pictures then or try to understand ;)

Yeah, I can write again...got finally internet access at the university college :D

Now I am in Aalborg since 8 days and it is going great! The start was a bit frightening as the train from Hamburg was delayed in Århus and i missed my connecting train. But then I could take another one half an hour later. Helle picked me up at the station and drove me the college and showed me my appartement where I am gonna live for the year. Friday she showed me around the college and where I have to go for my classes. Then was weekend and I started to check out Aalborg city and surrounding. As my bike was already broken and I had plenty of time I went all around and saw many things. I saw some special monuments and buildings, as well as lovely parks and some cheaper supermarkets than some others. Danmark is known as a flat country but in Aalborg there are several hills you have to climb to get into the city from my place and so it is always hard work cycling into the centre to meet people and go shopping.

On Monday my language course started and it is very nice. I have a class with some other Germans but also Italian, Spanish, Czech and Austrian students. Our teacher is kind and makes a lot of jokes about the Danes and their habits. Learning Danish is harder than I thought because the language sounds so different to the writing and so I can only read it good in the moment because of my Swedish knowledge and I have to listen more and practise it. But with time I will get used to probably.
Yesterday we have been on a sightseeing tour with the language class and saw some old buildings and streets to get more knowledge about Aalborg and the Middel Ages in Danmark.

All in all it´s getting a real nice time here, also with parties though Danmark is quite expensive and the alcohol also is not affordable every day. But we manage to have a good time here with only few money ;)

Time to say Good Bye

Time goes fast...one more day and I will leave Germany again. Danmark is calling this time. I think I am in love with scandinavian countries. Like their behaviour, placidity, the nature, a lot more I cant name.

Today I said good bye to some more friends...some days ago I already had to start with saying good bye and it goes on. I wont see them for a long time
but will stay in touch with them hopefully.
I baked two very nice pizzas today for my friends and we enjoyed the meal. It was a very nice evening and I will miss them for sure.

Tomorrow I have to pack my suitcase and to organise all the last things to do before leaving on thursday in the morning to Hamburg central station for catching my train to Aalborg.
I dont know what to expect yet, but I think it is gonna be a wonderful year with a lot to learn and gain for me. Not just vacation but studying as main part for the year. So quite much to do probably. I will see.

Offendorf - My world for 2 weeks

Now I am already back since two days. Have been in one of my very favourite places in the world. OFFENDORF, just a small village, but the best camp and one of my addictions, next to coffee and chocolate ;)
I had a lot of fun there with my friends and some kids I looked after. We had best weather with lots of sun and temperature around 30 degrees. So we were swimming and sun bathing almost every day. We also had great events with Asterix and Obelix, Indiana Jonas (yes, that is right ;)) and childrens dreams and fun with climbing trees and sailing on the Baltic Sea.
The two weeks went over so fast and i still can´t believe I am back again. I miss all the action, the kids and my friends in this small and unique world.

One thing I have to and always will remember is to bee a bit more like a child. See the world with kids´ eyes is the best you ever can do. Don´t take everything to serious even if it is stupid and against all rules. There is some sense behind the surface.
