There must be a reason! you ask? Yes, there is! And as some of you might know I mostly write my blog when changes happen. The next big change will happen soon.
After living in Hamburg for 3,5 years now I decided to fulfill my dream and travel the world. Actually I started the creation already some years ago but now my signed Sabbatical contract turns into real and I am leaving work. And I won´t come back. My Sabbatical is for 6 months. Too short time for my plans as you can see on the map. I will start traveling in the end of September with a trip to Southeast Asia and after I will travel around Africa. For the time afterwards I got some ideas in my mind but am not sure yet. So I keep them secret and make my plans when time comes. Also my current plans might change from one day to the other due different reason: change of mind, crisis around the world, lack of money, found paradise, whatever. So check regularly what´s happening around here!
During the past years some things happened but mostly routine: work and life in Hamburg. Just to keep you updated. In between I have been back to Ghana three times and my brother Kofi has been here last year to visit me and see my life and family in Germany. I left the continent for short for a two weeks vacation in Morocco where I traveled around the country (Casablanca, Marrakesh, Sahara Desert, Fes, Rabat), had EVS reunion in Mariannelund, Sweden, as well as ERASMUS reunions in Hamburg and Vienna, met a Ghananian friend in Prague and celebrated New Years Eve in Gdansk. And of course I checked out some places in Germany as Worms, Bayreuth, Nordhausen, Leipzig, Solingen and Berlin.
You see, the travel fever has never been gone and eventually grew bigger and affected me in some serious way for the final break-out: WorldTrip 2015!
